Terms and Conditions

* Cancellations on the day of the lesson and not being present for the lesson are subject to either $49.50 or the full cost of the lesson $99.00.
(The fee applied will be at the discretion of Total Control Driving School)
* An automated lesson reminder is sent out the day before your lesson. This is to give you an opportunity to make any cancellations or changes.
* You are responsible for entering correct details. If the mobile number you supply is incorrect then you will not get a reminder and the cancellation  conditions will still apply.
* You agree to disclose any medical condition or medication which may affect your driving and to follow the conditions of your license.

You always have the option to contact us and discuss any fee if you feel it has been unfairly applied.



When am I not eligible to receive a refund?

Examples of when you will not be eligible to receive a refund include, but are not limited to:

• A change of mind, including:
• Found the service cheaper
• Have completed your logbook or passed the test and no longer need the service
• No longer wish to use the service
• You have relocated since your original purchase

• A booking issue that was caused by user error including:

                 *If you have not given sufficient notice for the instructor to complete pre-paid lessons

                 *Not holding the correct licence 

                 *Booking the wrong service

                 *Providing an incorrect pick up address

                 *Providing incorrect contact telephone number

                 *Not meeting the licencing requirements to sit your driving test

                 *Failing to book your driving test directly with the test centre

• A booking issue caused by an external source including Service NSW
• You have requested a late cancellation and have been charged by your instructor
• You have an active payment dispute
